Spiced Pepitas

Don't throw out those pumpkin seeds yet!  If you aren’t saving them to plant for next year’s garden, why not roast them?  Pepitas are delicious and full of zinc. 

1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds (also known as pepitas)
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp chili powder
Coarse salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. On a baking sheet, toss pumpkin seeds, lime juice, and chili powder. Season with salt. Bake, stirring once, until golden, 18 to 20 minutes
